my friend just came over and told me to hook his 15" rockford up and see if it worked. at first look i noticed that the cone would move only when i forced it to and it stayed wherever i put it. but, we hooked it up anyways. it didnt make a single noise and now he gave it to me and i want to know what is wrong with it. is there anyway i can fix it, and if there is, is it worth it?
ya i thought so, ill sell it to some retard that i dont know and doesnt know anyone that knows me. lol
if you wanted you could find out the cost of a recone.Official Factory Authorized Speaker Repair Site - Speaker Repair and Sales from the Speaker Exchange. theses guys are local to me and ive been wanting to go in for a while now. i just leave work so late these days. find out.
o trust me they will! and i dont know, as of now its not sounding like it cause taxes and stuff, i am still trying tho! if not its gonna be a couple 15's in the trunk it i cant get it.
DISCOURAGEMENT! i went out to listen to the truck for a while cause i was bored and i heard a noise, like a crackling noise. so i put my ear up next to the subs and they r both making the noise! what could this be? sounds like it could possibly be a loose connection inside the box. but any other opinions?
Maybe the rca cable, pull one off and see if it still does it, switch them around and stuff. Or maybe you have another sub to try just to see what's up.
ya i will do those tomorrow. and the 19Ov.2 is lookin better now cause i just checked out my paycheck, and it is like 135 so i can use that as a down payment lol.
