The head unit that came with the car when I bought it.

The Alpine amp for the rear speakers-I should have photographed it before the seat went back in. But we were in a hurry.

The Blaupunkt I picked up from Crutchfield for $59.99. Not bad for the price.

The MTX 10's. I had this built to fit behind the seat of a Toyota regular cab truck some years back. I put it on the wood blocks in case the drain plug on the big ice chest popped loose-it's happened before.

And the car itself. Maybe I'll wash it this weekend.

nah, The trunk is just huge lol, with such a big trunk, you should do something explosive. I'm about to put a 6.25cu ft box in my grand marquis.

Yeah they're 10s not 8s. But they're not all that loud in the trunk. Could the fuel tank affect this? On my car the tank is between the trunk and back seat-behind the woofer box. If you open the trunk and stand behind the car it's probably at least 10dB louder.

or take the rear speakers out so the bass can go through the holes.

I want to keep the rear speakers.

What about a free air sub in the rear deck? Is that a good idea? That would also give back my trunk space. That's part of the reason why I drive a Crown Vic-trunk space.

either ones, if his amp is 2 ohm mono stable then yes the 4 ohm ones will do fine.
