Yup, i made almost 100% profit on the Hifonics amps here but if you figure in the shipping and etc. it wasn't that much. Gave me enough money to get the elemental though without having to put out more money.

ok, I just found out the nine.1 that i got doesn't have a remote bass knob which kinda sucks. Where can i buy a bass knob? does it have to be an eD bass knob?

I emailed eD, they respond pretty fast. They don't have any B-stock of the NINe.4 or the NINe.1 for that matter. I did have another guy offering me a NINe.4, i just have to see pics and agree on a price. Does anybody have an idea on what i should be paying for, for a used NINe.4??

he said no more warranty but he never told me hold old it is. I'm still waiting for his reply but he isn't online anymore.

The first guy who offered me the brand new nine.4 (no warranty) went back to his original offer of 200 shipped instead of 210.

Hey CC what made you get rid of the Hifonics before you even listened to them??

good question but keep in mind i'm selling the 2 amps for a little over $600.. I Just did more and more reading up on other amps and i knew i could get a lot money for the Hifonics amps here. I've been looking at eD and sundown for a while now. Sundown, i can't afford at the moment so i decided to go with eD. Plus, nobody uses eD here (because they don't sell them here) and i thought it would be cool to be a little unique.

Since i put the Hifonics amps up for sale here (i haven't even gotten them yet) I have 3 SURE buyers so i told them it's a first come first serve kinda thing. I honestly should make a small business out of this. I can just take orders and ask for a little money up front and add about 50%- 75% of the actual cost and ship em over.

MAIN REASON: I guess i can be a little indecisive at times. lol

I think i may just go with that guy who is selling it for $200. The amp is brand new and never been used. tell me what you think, the only other offers i've gotten so far are about the same $200 but they don't look as good as this does.

think of it this way CC what would it cost to ship back and forth for warranty work? plus waiting time.

if you think buying new with a 5 year warreny is worth the wait time plus shipping(i dont think the amp will break,but......)then go for it.

me personally cause i live in the states i would get the new one.

    tough call.

I'm banking on that i won't have any problems with it. Plus, i don't live in the states so i'll be waiting months to have it fixed. It is a tough call. this amp that i'm looking at is brand new and has never been used, it just doesn't have a warranty anymore. I'll save $45, I guess i should take it. I mean, i think its worth the chance and i'm a cheap bastard. lol

just curious, do you think an L7 15" can run off the NINe.1 at 1ohm without any problems?

    The kicker is 1000watts rms.

im sure it could. thats what the gain knob is for. plus the nine.1 puts out very very clean power so it should allow your kicker to take a lil bit more.
