    Thanks Ranger...Well it took me 4 hours to get the wood cut and to where I am now...lol

    I'm sure your skills still far surpass mine...but this is the best I can do with a circular saw

    Not the fastest build but I was taking my sweet sweet time to get all the cuts as close as possible. There are only a couple edges that are 1/16" long here and there.

    looking good man...that mdf paste looks nasty lol does it get hard and can you sand it?

    it basically turns into MDF, its a lil discolored but who cares, it'll sand perfectly.

    My experience exceeds yours, not my skills. You have alot of skill and know how, all you need now is more practice. Given time (and a table saw) you will surpass me.

    Well in the future I will get a table saw...but for now the circular saw will do.

    The MDF paste is actually harder to sand than the mdf itself

    Hmm....not sure how much air mailing would cost lol

    ya thats true it is a bit harder to sand but either way it still sands smooth and clean.

    Well I finished it tonight...I was lazy and I hate cutting 45s. This box is just daily. So I left out the rest of the 45s.

    Drove around for 10 minutes testing it out. And yeah the sub is barely moving. BUT!!!! It is LOUD AS F*CK!!!!!

    It's response is what I predicted. 30-35Hz isn't as loud...**** just shakes. Above that up to 65-70Hz its loud as hell.

    Playing Thug Motivation 101 is painful. I can't listen to it for more than 10 seconds. I'll take some vids tomorrow. Its late.

    by the way Azn, the guy who pm'd you gave me his measurements. it's 14" height - 34" wide and 36" deep. those are his MAX dimensions of the trunk. Problem is that the 14" drops down to 12" because of an amp rack of his 03 mustang mach 1.

    Is there any way he can take down the stock amp rack? his concern is the stock wires connecting to that amp. what do you think can be done here?

    I"ll take some more tomorrow.

    I had to stop cuz my sister said things in the whole house were shaking and all the dishes in the kitchen were rattling around.

    My house is made of stone...not brick. Its bigger than bricks lol. I had no idea I could move sh!t in my house lol...it is pretty loud though
