    The alternator won't get to Nate until Tuesday. When he gets it he'll send me the new one.

    It's 250 amps at around 2000 rpm and 150 amps at idle.

    I got some 4 gauge for the amp power wires and some 12 gauge wire for the sub...they didn't have any 10 gauge. I got 6 feet of Kicker Hyper-Flex 1862 strand 4 gauge and 14 feet of 12 gauge for $10. I thought it was a damn good deal. That kicker wire is really nice, extremely flexible.

    damn...I have ZERO room for 0 gauge under my carpet...I'm doing mine along the frame rails

    Yeah the clip holding the carpet down near the front passenger door was popping off. I don't know if it's going to stay.

    I've run the 1/0 in the car, I'm wiring up as much as I can on the amp rack, and I'm done with the box besides carpet.

    Question: Can I have an amp power wire coming from one hc1800 and the amp ground wire grounding on the other h1800?

    why would you do that??

    Nevermind. Is it okay to have the amps being powered and grounded on the first rear battery?

    This is what I'm thinking...

    Blue = 1/0 gauge
    Red = 4 gauge
    White = anl fuse

    That's a mini anl fuse distribution block in the picture by the way.

    looks nice! you could flip one of the batteries around so you don't have to cross the wiring.

    But then it doesn't say Kinetik in the front lol.

    Nah, the fuse holder I have is longer than the distance between the 2 + terminals if I turn it around, so i gotta make a big wire loop anyway.

    yeah...I'd just wire them to one battery
