Well I think two http://www.hookedontronics.com/show_product_details.jsp?cid=40001 would be great, I just don't know what kinda amp to run.
Two of those would rock...but I would get the DUAL 4 OHM versions and the amp that I have wired at 1 ohm. Elemental Designs Nine.1 http://www.edesignaudio.com/edv2/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=44
I would say upgrade your big three to 0 gauge wiring and possibly add another battery in the back. For that amp a new alternator is not necessary unless you have a very small one like a 60 amp or so like in most 4 cylinder cars
Well I decided it would be better to go with some less crazy stuff for now, as you can see by my sig. However, I'll probally upgrade later this summer.
Its this MTX box, but 12'' instead of ten. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-xkpJVflESy9/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=178650&I=236W210D
Um...kick has 15 inch Comps, CompVRs, L5s, L7s, and SoloX. doesn't matter what size or how many subs you got...90 percent of the sound is in the box. Pete Kulicki hit 149.6db on the TermLab sealed up at the dash with two 8 inch subwoofers and 2000 watts. All in the box and install
8w7!!! haha. I love it when people think their hearing two 10's or one kick ass 12. and its just one damn 8. lol
when i demo my setup most people think i have a pair of 10's with a 1000 watts of power. not a single 10 with 250ish.the box helps a TON! crappy box, crappy bass.
My friend got some nice stuff yesterday, and runing both the amps he got is too crazy, so I'm going to run 250rms to each sub with seperate amps. Think itll beat?
