    lol well i havent heard them. i havent heard a lot of subs to be honest. just whatever my friends have had in their vehicles

    Well a brand new 10" L7 is a little over 200 bucks new off the net. So like i said if you can get 2 of them plus a box for 350 thats a pretty good deal.. cost wise. I just personally don't like square subs.. just my personal opinion although a lot of people run them sure enough. If you had 2 of those in a Titan they would really rattle your brain in there with enough power... along with the guy driving next to you.

    dave you've been a great help. i have just a couple more questions. i found this deal on ebay and i was wondering if you'd look at it and tell me if the subs and amp are any good first off, and then secondly if its a good deal. Thanks man, you dont know how much help you've been lol.

    This one is a box plus kicker subs and amp. The guy said the subs are CompC104's and the amp is a ZX300.1

    oh yeah. i have 1 10 with 245watts.its an L5 not L7 but ive heard there aint that much of a diff.only power handleing.i think thats the diff. cant remember.and it gets down and dirty.lol

    Sony amps suck sorry...what is your price range and we'll help you out.

    The L5 will get louder with the same power as the L7...up to like 1000 watts somwhere...but any higher than that the L7 takes over with the higher power handling and will last longer...this is with 3 second burps though in spl boxes

    I have a Sony amp actually.. its rated 1600 watts max power but RMS is like 500 watts or 900 for 2ohm which isnt bad for what I paid for it. It is still a Class D amp but I think i paid maybe 75 dollars for it from a friend of mine who didnt need it anymore and it was in almost new condition.. It worked fine.. still does work for all I know but Sony is not really a quality amp. If you can find it real cheap like I did its worth the money otherwise I wouldnt touch them. Budget amps that will work pretty good would include brands like Kenwood, Hifonics, Soundstream, and the V-power Alpines.
