In a recent scientific research done at the university of Illinois, it has been found through much painfull study, that INDEED, the hokey pokey IS what it is all about. ok seriously.i have 2 PG M50's.each more than capable to do 245 watts bridged.

my kicker 10 is a dual 4 ohm version.it says 450 rms,900 max.what would happen if i bridge 1 ch to each coil.

i'm sure i can get the gains close,but say their off a bit.what will happen?

 

Use a test tone, and measure the voltage to each VC using a VOM......set each gain on each amp so the readings on both are the same.........done!

ok.will do. now when you say test tone?i have that bass mekanik cd with frequency tones. or should it be the pink noise tone.

no wait i have a 50 hz sine wave on my lap top.will that work.
i can wire it into the stereo.

 

that will work, just as long as its a source of a steady tone that does not change while you are setting the gains.
